Return Policy:

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted at this time. With this in mind, I strongly encourage you to email me ([email protected]) if you have any questions or concerns regarding your size. I will try my best to accommodate to your needs. Thank you for understanding!

Shipping Policy:

Once you submit an order, please allow at most 2 weeks for it to be completed. When your order is completed, it is taken to USPS and will get to you within 2-5 business days depending on your location. Haliko Hawaii is not responsible for lost mail, or incorrect addresses given to us. No refunds will be given. Each address is double checked when mailed to ensure that the package reaches the provided location. We can't possibly know if an address provided is incorrect, so once it is mailed, the package is not our responsibility. If a package is returned to us, we will follow up with the email address that was entered during checkout, and additional shipping will be charged.
